This is a great place to learn some ins and outs of the spirits industry. They offer a reliable yet flexible schedule and decent benefits.
Cons
Most individuals spend at most 2-3 years here before getting better offers elsewhere. You have to not only seek out growth opportunities but fight for them as little to no additional education or investment is made by the company into your growth. Raises only occur through staunch and rigorous negotiations. If they can give you more responsibility and pay you the same, they will.
