      helped with credentialing, even though it was not made clear as a 1099 why it was necessary to be credentialled since a that was never explained at all although every attempt was made to reach you..

      Never given phone number to the director of the facility never given formal job desription never given formal contract somewhat deceptive in need for credentialing seems a little "avoidant" of direct questions re: the above
