Wide range of complex and challenging projects. Great exposure to a variety of complicated, rich and well-off projects
Cons
Nepotism and cronyism as the opposite of Meritocracy, demonstrated by tightly connected workplace cliques. Disorganized, with no structures, and very unprofessional, as there is no clear job description or transparent career ladder. No real employee growth or development, with no further training whatsoever. No solidarity among the team members as managers try to blame their subordinates, which becomes an infectious behavior.
