- Management are not aligned with what goes on in projects resulting in bad communication - Salary is not competitive - working after hours for bigger projects is a norm

We were surprised and saddened to read this review as we do not believe that it accurately reflects the experience of working at KPS and we are sorry if this was your personal experience. Maintaining a good work/life balance is actively encouraged within our organisation and working after hours is certainly never expected to be the norm. In fact, in our most recent annual employee engagement survey (sent to both permanent and contract staff), 86% of colleagues agreed that they are encouraged to balance their work and personal lives. The survey also showed that 88% of colleagues agreed that, taking everything into account, KPS is a great place to work. We take the welfare of our colleagues very seriously, and listen carefully to all colleague feedback (good or bad) as we constantly strive to make KPS a great place to work. We also work very hard to keep our employment packages competitive and have therefore recently enhanced these for all permanent staff, including adding private medical insurance and a 100% increase in employer pension contributions.

Pros

There are no redeeming or positive features of working st this small agency.

Cons

Management purported to not wishing to “micro manage” yet despite this bold claim; the owners were extremely retiscent and reluctant to relinquish control to its employees. Instead the owners requested regular daily reports, whilst failing to share the most basic of information around the project. One owner in particular was totally out of his depth around project costs, almost to the point of embarrassing in front of the client.

At Envoy we work very hard to create a working environment which is both professional and enjoyable for our staff and we are very lucky to have so many of them still with us after so many years. In fact, we believe that our staff retention rate is the best in the industry. Being a fast growing business, we all work closely as a team on interesting and challenging projects with plenty of opportunities for staff to develop and grow within their roles which many have done. We have worked hard and are proud of the unparalleled reputation we have gained from our clients within our industry which would not have been possible without the great people that work for us. We do appreciate that the fast-paced agency environment is not suited to everyone but we always make it clear that our door is always open if staff have concerns or want to raise issues. We regret that it did not work out for you at Envoy and wish you the best in your next role.

Pros

- Leadership take the time to educate all employees on best practices. They always make time. - The company culture is fantastic. Everyone is considerate, friendly and always happy. I have not heard a single person speak negatively about anyone (I'm shocked). - Huge sense of team work on any project and truly a place that puts it's clients first. I feel excited at the thought of introducing my network to this company and knowing they would be treated better than any other agency offering the same services. - Staff benefits are better than other company's - truly tailored around employee mental and physical health. - Hard work is appreciated and rewarded.

Cons

- Currently no cons and if there were any, I know they would be fixed asap because that's the sort of company KPS is.
