Pros
The money is good as long as you feel fine with cold calling people and selling things.
Cons
Stressful, like an adult high school, managers are super unprofessional, min wage unless you sell a lot. Everyone does drugs and sleeps with each other, rumors, drama, pretend to be like family but when it comes down to it definitely not a family, no HR to complain to, oh let’s no forget the countless sexual harassment advances that management does nothing about. Someone had 6-7 complaints against them and they hired them back. They only care about money. They don’t care about their customers.
