      A shame to end with a string of problems

      Pros

      - good training -friendly group -okay pay

      Cons

      -very high turnover (people on LinkedIn marked as working there have indeed left) -poor management when handing in notice - No work from home options -withheld commission rightfully owed -suspended my LinkedIn account for no reason -was told I won’t succeed in any other recruitment business and not to pursue anything else

      Pros

      Hyper focused in a specific sector in the market. We are the most well-connected recruitment agency in the world within the Life Science strategy consulting - bar none, which means we get access to a wide range of roles and are able to prioritize and be selective over what we work. Much of our business is retained and our average fee size is very large, given the number of senior placements we make. This is the perfect environment to be successful if you are ambitious and tenacious.

      None what so ever in my opinion.
