-in my department there was 0 work life balance. From what I heard from other employees they felt the same in their space
-if you are younger, especially outside of news dept. ageism is a thing
- you can definitely see cliques and favorites among management and their practices
-corporate is starting to change the work culture (not talking about DEI) and it’s making things worse because they’re very out of touch
-0 room for growth
-reviews are stressful and misleading as they tend to break write a review like you should be happy anyone would even want you to work for them. Then, turn around and give you a spot bonus or congratulate you on a successful project. It kept you feeling like you needed to work harder and didn’t deserve more
-you don’t get paid what you’re worth
-they don’t give employees respectful send offs when they leave. They become ghost and it appears as if their contributions were minimal and they were nothing to management. Seeing this has an effect on employee morale
