      You can work with lots of different systems. You can choose to get involved with a lot or a little. They will let you improve most systems.

      Cons

      Very small pay increases each year. Job responsibilities can get blurred on who is in charge of what. You are in an ever shrinking market.

      Coworkers are genuinely talented, collaborative, and supportive Opportunity to gain hands-on experience quickly Some special projects (sports, long-form pieces) can be rewarding when they happen Good place to build basic production skills early in your career
