Pros
The money is great. I listed the starting pay, however I had topped out and when I resigned I was making almost $28/hr with the second shift differential pay. The benefits are amazing! This job is worth it just for the medical insurance.
Cons
It's hard work, manual labor and sometimes there is a lot of overtime (but it's great on the paycheck!). It's a very strict attendance policy, but as long as you're willing to go to work, it's not a problem.
