Talented journalists, incompetent management

The producers, reporters, photographers and other journalists on staff are talented and hardworking professionals; unfortunately hard work is not rewarded with promotions or pay raises but more work for less pay and credit.

Cons

Management is constantly overwhelmed and barely keeping the station afloat; at any given time the station is 1-2 producers away from not making it on air.
