Before you join any company, try to get some info about it otherwise, they will put you in a hanging stage. "All shining elements are not gold", I think you understood it well. Once you get hired by this company, you won't feel working for a s/w company rather than a jail. I am just sharing my worst experience(as I didn't have any good exp. to share) that I had during my working tenure.
- kTree == JAIL (true)
- You can never learn new things as employess and specially management is not at all cooperative.
- Managment'll never appreciate your achievements, but they'll point you out(insult) for your small mistake.
- Had a very bad browsing experience because, they have blocked all sites, if you want access then you have to ping their technical support, which is simply a waste of time.
- If you face any technical issues and want to approach any senior, they dare you, you can't as they think freshers and new joinees are valueless for their so called company.
- Worst department is HR Dept. who also watch dog and never cooperate with employess as if they don't have any permission to do anything. They will simply sit at their desk and observe you while going toilet too, and calculate how much time you are spending there.
- Some senior employees are there who play dirty politics, never expect any support from them.
- They have kept signal jammer in the toilet area, so you can’t use your mobile to call also even in the toilet area.
- You have to spend minimum 8 working hours at your desk...I repeat working at your desk (the moment you leave your system - the system starts calculating your absence, the more you are away from the system, the more time you need to work)
- Salary won't be credited on time. HR Dept. won't share your salary payslip until you start begging.
- After joining, they won't give you any idea on your salary structure which is your right.
- CEO is simply a watch dog who thinks himself he knows everything and treats employees as slaves.
- If you are discussing anything with your colleague, immediately the great CEO will ping you: "YOU CAN NOT DISTURB ANY RESOURCES"... really too much
- No agile methodology followed here.... CEO will call stand-up meetings daily and will ask like School Headmaster... it's so irritating
- At the time of joining, they will say working hour is 10:00am to 7:00pm, but what is reality you will get to know after join.
- If you will get late for office sometimes or exceed the lunch hour by X minutes, immediately you will get a message, "YOU ARE LATE BY this much time" . Message from Punctual CEO.
There are also some other points, if I'll sit to write down each n everything, it will become an essay.
My Hearty Request to you people not to join this company at any cost, because we all need a good environment and culture to work for which we'll never ever get in kTree.
