      Pros

      At Kubtec there really is no "pros" to working there.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be questioned on all your decisions made while you try to do your job. A decision typically cannot be made without being micromanaged by the CEO. Also please be prepared to be told multiple different answers to your questions. It is almost as if something is being kept hidden from you. Make sure to get everything in writing for there are too many broken promises. It can be a very negative place to work.

      A few long standing employees who are knowledgeable about the business and dedicated to getting their jobs done.

      Cons

      CEO micromanages everyone. Small and ineffective senior management team. Toxic office environment. CEO regular screams at employees, harasses and maligns them. Very sexist and racist overtones throughout company.
