I have had the privilege of meeting quite a few extremely hard working, intelligent, creative and caring individuals. Great health benefits.

Cons

Senior management is ridiculous in their demands and expectations. The company moral is extremely low, compensation is not just, and there is almost zero opportunities for growth as they always bring in upper management from HQ. There is an obviously segregated "team" between various departments, Koreans and Americans, upper management and staff level, and more. Be expected to work hard hours, bite your lip even when you're fighting for the betterment of the company and garnish little respect by those who make the decisions.

Great employees at non-executive level.

Cons

This refers to the Kumho USA office. Lack of communication is a real issue that could become costly. There needs to be greater accountability from the executive level to management. Expectations need to be realistic.
