Good off time (depending on your position)
Decent health care
Owner is a great guy (though you rarely ever see him)
That's about all I can possibly think of
Cons
Bad management
Too many schedule changes
Horrible working environment
No opportunity to advance
Don't get holidays off (at least in my position)
Can feel lonely (especially if working night shift)
Haphazard mindset
This company starts you off at a good wage. They offer great benefits. They are very lenient and understanding of employees.
Cons
Management runs a bureaucracy constantly opening pointless positions and handing them to their friends swallowing up any monetary funds to promote people from within or establish any raises.
