Company outsourcing a lot of labor and tooling to India, quality of product has been suffering, no succession plan in place, finance department moves up the ladder quicker than any other department, heavy emphasis on cost savings at the expense of quality, no sales department, lack of vision, part of Marmon Water and Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate
