      Management is good and are very cooperative. Good to invest your money in future assets and wait for salaries that is paid as expected in the offer letter. Just kidding.

      Cons

      Deducting the salaries of employees because the situation in the middle east market is affecting the organizations financial credibility, forget about people like us waiting for appraisals and variable pays. Variable pay of our last year is pending, when you join Kaar, please assume variable pay is never paid to you or your salary should be assumed without variable pay. ''Please don't take chances''.
