      Pros

      I've got nothing good to say. The company is mediocre at best and awful at worst!

      Cons

      The company is a disorganized mess because of the lack of structure! Communication was awful, roles were vaguely defined and often overlapped, expectations were unclear, and management often avoided accountability for their mistakes. I couldn't stand how frustrating working here felt, so I left!
