1. Not trustworthy. 2. Not reliable. 3. If the company loses the project, you are terminated. 4. The project manager is not approachable and is short-tempered. Does not help you with anything KT initially and expects the employee to do wonders in 2-3 months. 5. Will always give a positive review via email and in person. Even after all the positive reviews, you can be terminated during your probation period without good reason. 6. Would not recommend any fresher to join this company because the project manager demotivates you from time to time. It makes you lose confidence, which is not a good start to your professional career. 7. Have another offer in hand and then join the company. KADE should always be your backup plan, not your first choice.
