Growth rich environment

Pros

Unlike in revenue-driven organisations, working for a product and people-focused company means that growth opportunities appear left, right, and centre. The executive management team is very hands-on and is always willing to assist and lead by example because this is a part of who Kadence is.

Cons

Don't even get me started on this...... I don't have a single criticism for the leadership, departments, or individual team members... Kadence is one team, one unit, and if there is a problem, we will work together to solve it.

Pros

- Fully remote - Flexible hours - Work-life balance is encouraged - Great autonomy and independence - Transparent communication between departments and management - Positive work environment

Cons

- Small start-up, so it's expected to assist in other areas not specific to your role - No health insurance for European employees - Working remotely means it can be hard to separate work and home
