-> 6 Days working a week, get calls on even sundays -> Lots of pressure from managers -> No leave policy -> Not a lot of experienced people to learn from

350-450 calls daily No respect from Senior Management While Hiring they will conduct many meetings introduction induction etc. But While Firing, there won't be even a single meeting.
