Senior management has no trust in its employees. Controls everything but then blames the property management team. They are many years behind everyone else in the industry both operationally and culturally and completely resistant to change. High turn over with newer employees as they quickly realize there are better places to work. No raises and whenever anyone asks, they shrug their shoulders and point to the President. There is also obvious favoritism to employees close to the family and that have worked there many years. There is a lot of talking behind peoples back and the President does not know how to lead or communicate with people. I have seen several people cry in this office because of how they were treated.
