- Sunil Motaparti, Founder of This Organization, He is the most sensible person ever seen in my life. Always supportive & encouraging people ideas, innovations. Once you meet Sunil & travel with him for some time you’ll never leave the organization, He is such an inspiring personality & you’ll build an immense respect towards him. He always believes in Employee Satisfaction is supreme important.
- Higher salaries for doing nothing, All you have to do is acknowledge the self dabba , praise & chant the self-proclaimed multi-talented genius, Play caroms, text WOW, AWESOME, GREAT , 'How come you get this ideas yaar' , 'Unbelievably talented you’re’, ‘Multi talented’, ‘Extremely knowledgeable’ ‘Never seen a person like’ as a responses to dumb thoughts & ideas initiated over the WhatsApp group then that's it!! from the next day on wards you're being recognized & treated as super talented genius on the floor as people recognize you as a like minded.
- All that people do here is stupid overaction , showoff & self dabba. They appreciate themselves, they praise themselves, they celebrate success for doing nothing. People stay late night just to order food from swiggy & eat like shameless buffaloes .
- You have the chance of becoming the CEO for this organization if you have the traits like carrying dumb brain, sense of madness, playing cheap politics, begging the employees to speak positive about you in front of management, sharing the credit of someone else hard work to dumb incapable persons, unstoppable self dabba while eating, at work, during meetings, in WhatsApp and even while using restroom. You feel ashamed of yourself to work with this kind of organization.
You'll never hear a word called failure, wrong like that in this organization, because people live with following principle
- What is Great ?? [Answer] What we build is Great !!
- What is Success ?? [Answer] What we achieved is Success !!
- What is Right ?? [Answer] What we are doing is Right !!
I was stumbled, speechless & scratched my head to understand if success & greatness definition is that easy why the world is trying so hard & running after terms like milestones, results, sales, revenues, profits, clients, business etc.
You’ll be amazed, thrilled everyday with the discussions on the floor, over the WhatsApp group, few examples like
- Instead of fixing the crappy code which causes the memory leaks, People blame Garbage Collection algorithm & seriously says why shouldn’t we write new GC algorithm itself.
- If the application is slow then it’s the mistake of AWS, not the application which takes ages to respond for simple requests & tests user patience.
- If the application terminated with OutOfMemory error, People straight away blame the JVM for not handling the application memory requirements & criticize the JVM team like they didn’t implement & thought in proper way.
- If the app is hosted at AMEA region it will be slower but the same application hosted at APAC region it will be 10X faster. But application is so innocent & perfect it’s the server region made the application to behave slow & poorly performing.
- When you start questioning people dumbness, sense of madness you’ll be tagged as negative minded person on the floor. This is the only place in world where you’ll be treated very low for being right & thoughtful every time. In parallel technically challenged people are treated as world class developers & paid high.
If you’ve build something Great, the thing you built shows the world you’re great!! You don’t have to self-proclaim, be narcissistic, begging everyone to praise & acknowledge you’re talented, you’re Great.
I'm not sure whether your technical skills & learning get improved here but you'll be mastering following skills while you're here
- How to get paid high for doing nothing, how to pretend you're building something great
- How to cheat higher management by managing them with demo’s once in a while & when they ask for implementation, revenue etc come up with stories like you didn’t allow us to work in right direction, blaming someone for not getting things ready, less staff, need more time as great things can’t be done in quick time etc and the poor innocent management fall into the same old trap & blindly believe in these deceiver’s stories every time.
- How to create own work & getting rewarded, this is a master skill one must know. It’s fairly simple. Just commit some ugly code which breaks the feature which works so well & stable from the long-time & create a panic environment on the floor by doing over action in the WhatsApp & Once QA complains something got broken & serious issue then immediately respond to that & raise your voice like you will take the responsibility to fix that & as you already know what causing the issue, remain calm till late night or weekend then remove the ugly code you injected & send a message saying the issue is fixed & blame the person who initially written the feature, didn’t think of this use case & while fixing the bug done a lot of refactoring which improves the performance of the application as well. That’s it, you will be treated as proactive developer who always ready to take the ownership & working late nights & weekends too & you will be taken into meeting room for at least two-hour long felicitation & rewarded with awesome gifts. No matter what, you can play this trick as many times as you can 😊

- How to make the right people leave the organization who've got talent by treating them low & not owning credit to them for their hard work & efforts.
