Pros

Great work life balance Team building is a priority

Cons

Ownership has never had a job outside of the company. They operate as if they were running a business from decades ago. Voices for improvements and change are quickly silenced. Upper management micromanages and creates a dreadful work environment as a result. Everyone walks on eggshells. There is no freedom to speak up about improvements to the work environment. If you do speak up publicly, you're out.

Salary was low. Had to take PTO during break between Christmas & New Years. Wished the benefits were better
