      Pros

      Low qualification requirements for management. Easier to get hired if your friends with someone.

      Cons

      Used wrong ingredients, used expired ingredients, relabeled non conforming product and sent back to the same customer that initially rejected it, plant has no integrity, high turnover for hourly and salaried positions

      Benefits are much better than other companies I have worked for, great 401k match, growing company, appreciates employees.

      Cons

      Expect hard work, but that's not too much to ask.
