      A web of lies from new leadership

      Pros

      Sad to say not many, some of our co workers are great.

      Cons

      Lies 24/7 bribing for 5 star reviews here, really our shop and shops around magically see hundreds of files when cars are still here, our regionals that quit started noting files that CEO and COO are telling them to close them before they left. Fired a co worker of mine while on vacation after working him for a year. As soon as I can I am out, our whole shop threats to walk weekly.

      Pros

      There are people who care and are working hard to change the culture. It is hard at times but most of the folks came from ma & pa and it is hard to move to corporate world.

      Cons

      Accounting needs help. Think they are still getting it from the old CEO. There are people who will never be happy.

      Pros

      Kaizen has a great management team, positive environment, and they value their employees input and concerns. They recognize employees hard work. It is a great place to build experience and grow.

      Cons

      Like any other workplace, it can be busy at times. Kaizen provides support to manage these stressful times making it way easier to manage and get work done correctly in a timely manner.
