The team is super nice. Everyone is talented, friendly and hard working I feel trusted to take ownership of my work and have the freedom to try new ideas Leaders are approachable, open and transparent which makes the environment and culture positive Flexible working hours make it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance There is a real buzz around the growth of the agency which makes it exciting to be part of Cool team events

Cons

I think it is normal when working with an agency, but things move quickly and it can feel intense at times if you are not used to a fast-paced environment. Though that means the days are never boring.

- Great benefits, especially holiday allowance - Really flexible with work/life balance - Friendly and supportive team, there's a lot of emphasis on working together towards shared goals - Lots of opportunities to grow and learn - e.g. speaking at conferences, lunch & learns - The leadership team really care about the business and proactively seek feedback from employees to implement changes - Good forward-thinking strategy

Cons

Fast pace can make it challenging to stay on top of things, but I always found lots of support available to help with this.
