Pros
Not many good things to say but it is a Job and will get you off Benefits until you can get a proper Job.
Cons
Current owner and management have no idea how to run a IT Company. Do not be fooled by the glossy Web Site it is full of claims that are simply not true. Loyal staff have been treated with utter contempt by the management.Do your research on current management and owner all is not what you will be told.

There are none. Only good for a temp position until you find a decent company to go to.
Cons
The website states "Kalamazoo is a well-known and highly respected IT brand in Birmingham and throughout the UK. Our company has a long line of history, dating back to 1886 .... etc " This is utter rubbish, The current company bought the right to use the name from the previous owners in 2018, the new owner, an investor with no knowledge of the industry, has destroyed this reputation. I worked for the original company before we were sold and the difference is night and day, there is zero respect for the employees, working conditions or rights.
