No pros. Can't even mark single star also. Horrible experience. Worst HR and worst company policies.

Face infra. Tried to copy Google office. People come here for interview they see infra and get attracted. Behind all this everything is worst. Good to seat in hell then this company. Top most upper management is good but old employees who are on higher post are total trouble. It starts from HR to team leader. HR is permanent member over there. People join kale then HR starts troubling direct employees then Candidate get to know that she will not leave the organization neither organization can do anything so we only needs to move on. And all this is just because one HR. Then while leaving also HR will keep you in trouble. On behalf of all this they will not give you good salary also. All this only fresher can bare so I think company is Ok for freshers.

Did you raise your concern(s) with the HR head?2. Infrastructure: We have an excellent infrastructure and people love the physical atmosphere. It is not what we believe, we have data from our recent employee satisfaction survey that rated the physical infra pretty high. 3. Employees on higher post: Presumably your managers are not treating you well? Well, we need more inputs here here.As you had spent 3 years with us, we would also like to know more details about what happened. There is no pros. If you don't find any job then only join this this company as last option. Experienced guys strictly don't apply in this organization.

Cons

Worst,pathetic management!! Project managers really dont know how to handle project.Freshers need to work like slaves.Even working in weekend(including Sunday), managers point towards your poor performance.Orgnization has lots of upcoming projects & same time they are loosing projects because lack of management.

Kale is a place where you understand a lot about how to survive and persist despite multiple challenges. The organization gives you pay stability, a not too bad work culture, a friendly enough atmosphere and a place to pick up the basic skills of your craft.

Cons

The people are excellent, friendly and forgiving to a fault. It's your managers who are not so. Kale is rigid, afraid of its own people's strengths and teaches you a lot of wrong habits.

Dear Current Employee, we do take every feedback seriously and this one definitely has a lot in it. Firstly, thanks for recognizing us as an Excellent organization for fresh talent. We have noticed that a lot of companies want to hire our people because they are groomed to handle so many things at the same time, that they are a lot more valuable than general folks in even large companies. Secondly, about your manager who seemed rigid, well if only we get to know who is the person can we give feedback to him/her. We do realize that people-related issues should be handled with sensitivity. Talking about promoting leadership in the company, then maybe you aren't aware that our development heads, management team members and a few senior managers have all been promoted in-house over a period of time. We recognize talent and we also want to hone their natural skill & ability. The management has its ears on the ground at almost all times and they discuss matters of even junior (both in terms of tenure & grade) folks whenever there is an opportunity for resolution. Unfortunately, not all demands can be met!
