More products than you could ever honestly know or try They don't back up their employees They want you to upsell and move customers Management is a joke The try to have some family owned and operated facade They fire the people who made them what they are They steal employees tips They offer benefits that you can't afford on what they pay you Don't count on the raise they promise They do tip sharing but yet you only get them once a week and they're over taxed. Count on like $300 to 500 checks for full time

You will likely have the rug ripped out from under you, Kaleafa is a boys club and if you’re not in with the cool kids, you’re out! Management is unprofessional in that they will cross talk with employees- everyone in the shop will know you’re going to be fired except you. There were no opportunities to show improvement, because there were not conversations along the way that would indicate that you’d done anything wrong.
