Pros
Christmas party and bonus was very nice.
Cons
Horrible work environment. It was like high school all over again. Pay is very low. Managers will lie and say how good you have it there because they don't have a point system and that other places don't treat their employees as well as they do which is a crock of poo. Other companies are way better. I really don't think the CEO realizes the kind of people he has over his employees. He really seems like a nice guy.
