      Pros

      Most of the coworkers and a few of the managers are great to work with and for.

      Cons

      Poor management and cost cutting means that Kalera has a huge turnover and is always understaffed. There are few opportunities to move up and no incentives to work hard. Hours are often cut and the starting salary is so low most people have to get second jobs.

      The Denver farm isn’t a good place to work. High turnover for a reason!

      They will hire anybody that applies .ANYBODY!!!

      Cons

      They hire anybody. Junkies included. They don’t take the drug testing seriously, allow people who use fake urine kits to get power equipment certified. This farm is ran on popularity. You won’t get a raise if you’re unpopular with management/team leads. Safety is not as important as it should be for various reasons. Broken harnesses used on order pickers. Turn over rate is pretty high due to poor management, and morale.
