      Pros

      Good people at Junior level. Good product & software engineering teams.

      Cons

      No room to grow as leaders only care about themselves. Leaders has no value for feedback. Lot of politics in U.S. Bad team leaders leading to high turn over and firing

      Inhumane work environment - No respect for employees

      Pros

      - By luck, you may get nice colleagues to work with. - On-time salary. - Snacks & 24/7 access to the workplace.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional and inexperienced managers who don't treat you well. Their importance is rather on saving their faces among their bosses. - Constant work pressure to do this and that. - No concern for the health of an employee. You feel exhausted day-in, day-out - No appreciation for the good deeds. - You get blamed for the mistakes. - No proper HR policies. They don't even conduct any anonymous review for managers or the company(as far as I was there) - No proper exit interviews. They don't care about what you think as long as they can keep the engine running. - Not a for-tech company. Just a company in the tech business. - They rip you off of your health and your personal time. Simply no concerns at all.

      A lot to improve

      Pros

      A growing company started to be international. Strong in BFFI vertical. CPaaS sector is literally booming in the last few years.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of a real vision, and direction. Rely only on one product ( old fashion). A bit messy organization. Very slow in innovation and in competing out of their comfort zone.
