Pros
Great tech company for starting engineers. It employs good training for both interns and experienced professionals. If you want to learn about a start-up, product creation/building, UI/UX exposure, Kalibrr is for you. It has hands on training for its engineers. For its people in general, it’s a good training ground.
Cons
Not so much for its sales people. You’ll feel the pressure from them just because of its branding and trying to keep the business afloat. There are some perks that you’d really like such as open space work, supported field work, relative commissions, etc. but it compensates for its lack of employee engagement and retention. It seems to have a high attrition rate for its sales people. I meet a new one today not knowing they’d be gone tomorrow. Kind of sad for an HR tech to its inability to sustain its good people.
