New exec team and CEO have brought focus and injected excitement and ambition into the company. Product is becoming industry leading - receiving regular positive feedback from prospects on the rate of product innovation - it's helping win more and makes the job easier with a great product The people benefits are getting better each year - there's a genuine care to develop, reward, and retain people. Opportunities and progression are available for those performing and delivering.

Cons

The rate of change can be hard to keep up with at times, but the change has been positive and required for the business to grow.

Nice sounding benefits, easy job (if the company functioned well)

Cons

This place must have a special budget for sacking and NDAs. So many people removed over night and then not allowed to speak to other colleagues. Bullying comes from the top and filters down into the culture.
