No support, direction or ambition from senior leadership team. Since being taken over by FPE and brining in a new CEO in September 2019 only concern seems to be rebranding and offshoring.
Promises of bonuses, pay reviews and benefits packages are all lies and are never delivered. No paid for training or certification available to staff when you actually apply for it. No real career progression offered; new roles are filled externally, often without even advising existing staff that the role exists to apply for.
Company feels in chaos, very low staff morale in the UK and no hope of any positive changes soon - have lost 23 staff from the UK team so far in 2020 despite no loss of business or revenue. Staff who public question the management practises are pushed to leave or made redundant.
