      Toxic work environment, unsupported and unorganized management, poor communication, bullying, power trips, lack of critical thinking or continuity of care. Sad because the company as a whole seems great and like the care.

      Everything in life is a learning experience.

      Cons

      Sadly, this company has no future. I should have trusted my instinct when I was offered the position. There is no opportunity for advancement and management is very unsupportive at best, but oftentimes very negative attitudes and with overwhelming favoritism.
