      Employees will be sent out anytime. No respect for experience and the work done. If we listen to the management and accept whatever they say it's easy to work with them No Job security. Very worst experience working with members of Kalvi

      - The learning curve would be exponential - Early-stage startup so you will work very closely with the users and upper management - Good seniors and people ready to help

      Cons

      - The upper management has no idea about the next steps - The requirements are never clear. - Everything is rushed, and communication across teams and upper management is very bad. - There is no appreciation for your work. They dont care or feel even a bit of sympathy toward their employees -They are in a dilemma that their product is very good. The reality is out of 1500 students a max of 20-30 students would be better than average. - There is no team culture. - The upper management takes people for granted.
