I empathize with your situation and review, and let me try to get a few facts out of the way first -
* The HR person issued your offer letters, and in the last three months, we have onboarded an HR organization to manage our daily HR tasks. So I am not sure why you are not aware of this.
* Any person who has worked with an organization for more than a few years feels a sense of ownership towards the organization, which is suitable for both the individual and the organization. This also means that they will have better relationships with the management than a fresher in the system. There is, unfortunately, no way around this, and it's just a fact of life.
To address the problems you have stated in your feedback -
* As with any project life cycle, there are times when you don't have work for even 4 hours a day and others when there is work for more than 8 hours a day. It's just how IT projects function, and while we try to ensure enough staffing is available, people fall sick, have to take time off for personal reasons, etc., and this means that other people in the team have to step up and take ownership. We only try to ensure this isn't a habit and no one individual has to go through this every time.
* I am concerned that you have had people doing things to make you leave. I have never encountered such a situation, and I would be keen to address this problem if you could discuss this one-to-one with me. However, I must state that performance issues are taken very seriously. If this is why managers have had to let people go, then this is just a fact of the industry you work in, and whether it is here or anywhere else, this will remain constant.
* We would love to provide emotional and mental health support to our staff, but we are a small company and cannot budget for this at the moment. I will, however, take this up with the HR team and see what we can do. Thank you for providing us with this feedback.
