An Employee is not treated as an asset and management wants the work to be completed somehow.

Pros
Good opportunities freshers (especially engineers). Good benefits for employees at site (like House Rent, Utility Bills, Transportation facilities, unanticipated increments). Timely payments to subcontractors.
Cons
Work environment is very worse at office (no professionalism), highly family oriented business and so no concern or value is given to office employees. only demands work to be completed and does not understand the employee necessities. Is least bothered about employee development. No benefits to office going employees. Motivation and encouragement level is at absolute zero. Any employee does not deserve a career growth as per his qualification except for unanticipated increments. Ignores the view points of any employee.

On time salary, flexible with leaves, learning and upgradation high, good colleagues and co workers, helpful management, good environment, career make up good for the beginners if they are eager to learn and develop
Cons
Bad politics, no stand for staff the staff has to be for himself, management planning and execution very poor, you have to take the sole responsibility, not advisable to stay for longer term, no job security, timings are bad you have to work 30 days 😢
