      Downhill since Arcline acquisition

      Previously well established organization with excellent leadership that was focused on doing the right thing for employees and the long term organizational strategy

      Cons

      Following the acquisition by Arcline, new senior leaders are focused on short term gains at any cost. Arcline is not transparent with questionable business practices and ethics. The layoffs and budget cuts have left the corporate organization barely able to operate and the businesses are expected to pick up the slack.
