      The pay was good, while it lasted

      Cons

      Operations were a joke, the COO is a salesman, not an operational expert. The second biggest joke was work/life balance. Nothing was talked about more but actualized less.

      Remote setting was nice but that's about it.

      Cons

      Unqualified executive who got lucky to be in their positions. No directives, no clear structure nor any considerations when it comes to execution. No compassion to employees who sacrificed everything days in, days out. Executives willing to lie to retain employees and will pull the rugs out and backstab people even the most loyal ones. Under compensation and straight up lies about garbage equity option that worths absolutely nothing at the end. Stay away.

      Pros

      As a part time employee, there are pretty much not any pros other than the co workers. Leadership is garbage, but co workers were the best part.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful, pay is advertised as 35/hr but really it's a $17 minimum wage job when it comes down to it due to hours given. The company seemed a bit scammy and the higher ups weren't transparent at all with what was going on. I feel like I really wasted my time and can't believe I stayed to drown on this sinking ship.
