Pros
ONE free lunch once per month. Decent holiday parties every year. Not much else.
Cons
Where to begin? - EVERYONE is underpaid - no bonuses, no compensation of any kind while owner drives his Ferrari, Bentley, Porsche, BMW to work. - Cameras EVERYWHERE watching EVERYONE like big brother - There are no clear goals and zero guidance, yet lots of expectations and many firings/layoffs - Benefits started out mediocre, yet they've diminished many times in the 4 years I was there - NO 401k, stocks, etc. - Expensive insurance plans, especially for families (up to $1,000/month out of your paycheck for family of 4) - Very high turnover and understaffed - There's a language barrier so it's hard to communicate - Company is extremely short-sighted. They'll keep doing the same exact thing for 20 years and never progress. - Outdated ERP/MRP systems when everyone else is using Oracle or SAP - The best employees will never get hired or will leave quickly because of everything above
