      Pros

      If there were any they're outweighed by the cons.

      Cons

      Leadership aka "The owners". Dark individuals who don't value people but cover it up with their core values facade. Lots of pretend going on here. They let go of the CTO, who was really their only hope, but they didn't listen. Meeting'd to death. Micromanaged to the point that it make it difficult to really get anything done. Over worked and life balance is non-existent. If you get a job here, hold on, it will be over soon.

      Pros

      Working here has been a great experience. The team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help, and management genuinely wants you to succeed. There’s no shortage of learning opportunities, with plenty of training and exposure to different technologies. The work is diverse and engaging. There’s truly never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Honestly, not much to complain about. Every company has its busy days, but overall it’s a great environment to be in.
