Pros

Manchester team were a great, hardworking team who always did whatever it took to meet demands.

Cons

Upper management at head office were much poorer. Unrealistic expectations placed upon individual teams/sites. Favouritism played a big role here. “Benefits” just they legal bare minimum holidays etc, no actual benefit to working here.

Way too many to list but start with a culture of bullying and victimisation at all levels starting with the warehouse director and CEO both now gone at last and about time
