      Very busy company; good industry for stability; financially sound; good values; executive team is strong

      Cons

      Extremely stressful and long hours, mostly because of the industry and companies Kamps serves. Very short-staffed for an extended time, although that has been addressed. Work/life balance was challenging.

      Pros

      I had little to no day-to-day supervision which was nice.

      Cons

      Men were given preferential treatment over women, despite performance. Benefits were terrible. Corporate management set unrealistic expectations on staff. There was a complete lack of alignment at the corporate level, and I would be told 10 different things from 10 different people at Director/VP level and had no idea who I was supposed to listen to.
