I got a job there and someone that works right next to me tested positive for COVID. He showed up the day he tested positive for it and was working and left early because of the test that was positive I then got it and I had to miss days for it there was also people that ended up having to take off for the flu and then I got it. I show up for work and then got told I was fired because I just started 2 weeks ago. Yeah well it’s not my fault people came to work sick! This place is a joke.

The job is fairly easy to learn, and gives fairly regular raises over time. They also give bonuses most years, match IRA contributions, and have holiday events. Health insurance is provided for free by the company, which is a very nice benefit. There are a lot of nice and helpful people there, and management is fairly approachable and accommodating. Employer will potentially pay some people for higher level education.
Cons
There is a high risk for mistakes in some of the work, which can make it stressful. There isn't a lot of room for growth, which was different than some of the impressions given by managers early on. The salary isn't especially high, but is sustainable for maintaining a simple lifestyle. The work can be very repetitive and mundane, so the employee needs to be prepared to sometimes do very long sessions of a repetitive activity.
