While leadership lacks certain skills, they also refuse to accept feedback, which leads to a very stubborn environment. On top of that, the managers are extremely controlling, with excessive micromanagement. If you thrive in constant confrontation and enjoy dealing with this kind of behavior, you might fit in. Otherwise, it's not worth your time.
