      Pros

      No controls on home office so easy to work outside of Switzerland or take care of personal business during work hours. Provided a lot of scope to develop own ideas and solutions.

      Cons

      No job recognition. Very little structure for advancing. Leadership team invisible and questionable capability and experience for their responsibility.
