34$ an hour and all the work that you want to take on, only if your dispatched out of the metro.

Our equipment is subpar at best, dispatch can be retarded at best, out of our terminals the Inver Grove heights terminal is the most consistent for work the other terminals struggle to keep steady work for their drivers, our benefits are non existent at best it is the bare minimum of benefits that they could come up with, the overtime is stupid you can work a full 14 hour day in 5 days and get no overtime for it. Also be prepared to be blind sided by on the fly rules that management makes up on the spot we have a very bad drivers versus the office attitude in this company also the dashcams in the trucks are used pretty heavily to find ways to take quarterly bonuses away from drivers
