There are NO pros for this company!

Cons

Worst job ever, they dont want to give you a pay raise. They don't promote from within hire from outside only to have them quit months later. Ridiculous incentive program. Unsafe work environment, unsafe equipment. New changes in rules almost every month. Company can't be trusted.

Fellow associates are fantastic, as long as they are not cronies of current regime

Cons

CEO and Senior Leadership team are worthless. All in positions that are way over their ability. Zero leadership. CEO is more interested in how he will get additional frequent flier miles from his travel delays, then running the company.

There r no pros no raises and every reason to try to make u fail

Cons

No raises very bias promises never given always find a way to not give u room to advance give u time to use but get fired if u use it. Management is a joke. If they like u then u stay if not ur targeted for anything to get rid of u. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The place is a revolving door no respect for hard and dedicated workers also u have no life cause they tell u there's only o.t here and there but its everyday and mandatory weekends. Not a place to work no matter how bad u need work
